Before starting the Easy Healthy Living Program I was stuck in a food rut and wasn’t committed to exercising more than 1-2 times a week. I would grab the easiest thing in the fridge to eat for meals –like a piece of toast for lunch or cheese and crackers for snacks. I cooked the same few meals on repeat and was bored of cooking and eating. Since doing the program I’ve lost weight, have heaps more energy and am sleeping better than ever. I’ve started eating a large variety of meals, especially interesting snacks again and now I try to cook everything from scratch. My favourite things about the program were having a daily workout planned, a meal plan planned, great support group through Facebook and I really enjoyed doing the daily challenges. I would definitely recommend this program to anyone as it is achievable, fun and teaches people a whole new way to live their life and eat healthier.
